1.1. Eligibility: You may return most new, unopened items within 3 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

1.2. Exclusions: Certain types of items cannot be returned, including personalized items and final sale items. We do not accept returns for items damaged due to misuse or items missing their original packaging.

2. Refunds

2.1. Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

2.2. Refund Timeframe: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.

3. Exchanges

3.1. Product Exchange: If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us at care@banaraa.com to arrange for the exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

4. Return Shipping

4.1. Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
